Sometimes, you know something is bothering you, but you can't quite put it into words.
You might have a dozen questions running through your mind. You start with one, then remember something else. One question leads to another, and before long, you're not even sure which part you want an answer to most.
That's okay.
When something matters to you, it's not always easy to separate your feelings from the situation itself. You might be trying to understand what happened, what someone really meant, what could happen next, or what you should do about it. Often, these questions are all connected.
You don't have to sort them out before a reading.
Start wherever your mind keeps returning. Tell me what happened, what you've been wondering about, or what you can't seem to let go of. Even if the story comes out a little messily, we can work through it from there.
As the reading develops, you may find that the question you started with isn't quite the question you really wanted answered. That's part of the process, too.
Sometimes, getting clarity doesn't begin with finding the perfect question. It begins with having the space to talk through what's actually on your mind.
