“He says he wants to help, but he never actually does anything.”
It's a frustrating situation, especially when someone's words give you one impression and their behavior gives you another. You may start wondering whether they mean what they say, whether they're holding something back, or whether you've misunderstood their intentions altogether.
These are questions a tarot reading can explore.
Take a workplace situation. Your manager tells you that you're being considered for a promotion, but months pass without any concrete progress. You could interpret this as a sign that the promotion is unlikely. But there are other possibilities: your manager may genuinely support you but lack the authority to make the final decision, or they may be keeping you interested without having any real intention of promoting you.
The same words and the same lack of action can come from very different circumstances.
In a tarot reading, you can ask about someone's intentions, their feelings toward a situation, and what they are likely to do next. These are related questions, but they aren't interchangeable. Someone can want a particular outcome without being prepared to do what it takes to achieve it. They can feel positively toward you without intending to offer you anything more. They can even have sincere intentions and still fail to follow through.
That distinction can make a considerable difference when you're trying to understand another person's behavior.
A reading may point toward an explanation you hadn't considered, or suggest that the situation is less straightforward than it first appeared. Its interpretation can also be mistaken, so it shouldn't be treated as direct proof of another person's private thoughts.
You don't have to assume the worst when someone's behavior disappoints you. Nor do you have to keep taking their words at face value when their actions repeatedly tell a different story.
